The Traveler Review Awards are an annual opportunity to recognize our partners for their exceptional hospitality, as demonstrated by the review scores that travelers leave after their stay or experience.
To win a Traveler Review Award, on December 2025, 1, you need to have had:
- At least 2,000 pickups completed between January 1 and November 30, 2025.
- An average post ride review score of 4.60 or higher (out of 5).
- Supplier Incident Rate to be 1.5% or lower (in line with our quality expectations).
- Driver Events of 80% or higher.
Your unique ID to access your award kit has been sent by email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
